Beautiful idea

  A  sound  physical  and  mental  state  is  referred  to  as  good  health.   Only  a  sound  body  can  support  a  sound  mind.   Health  is  wealth,  so  the  saying  goes.   The  most  valuable  thing  a  person  can  have  in  life  is  good  health.   It  is  stated  that  all  happiness  stems  from  being  in  good  health.
